12/7/16 gastric sleeve

Hey from Nebraska. Had the surgery 12/7/16. Just learning what and how much. Just wanting to see what other folks are going through. I have been reading weight loss surgery for dummies. It has been helpful. But nothing like communication. Thanks post-308362-14819499566484_thumb.jpg

Here's what I was talking about- despite the evil two week stall and not losing pounds my fat mass has gone down 4.5 pounds and I've replaced that with fat free mass and Water which is a positive thing

I think our bodies are playing catch up because I have lost like 6 ounces as well. Don't be discouraged... had surgery on dec 5 ? What day was your surgery? I'm just gonna keep pushing through. We will get there . My doctor told me following this plan after surgery that my body will lose weight until I am down to a 22-24bmi so we have to give it time but we will get there

I am right at 3 weeks . I have not lost anything this week.

Kind of disappointed when my first week was 18

Pounds.
