How long? When does it end?

So how long does the first stall usually last. I haven't lost pound in over a week exercising every day and getting all fluids and Protein in. Getting between 400/500 calories a day. I know i will start loosing again just wondering generally how long the stall lasts. Thanks.

mine lasted two weeks

Mine was 8 days, I upped my water and food a bit and it broke. Water is critical to breaking a stall in my experience. Also I'm at around 800 calories a day now. If I let it go below 600 I stall.

Up your calories that is what i did and it broke my stall im having 1000-1200 a day 3 meals 2 snacks and I have lost 27kgs (9 on preop diet) am about 11 weeks post op. Honestly some days I only get about 800 but I really try to get at least 1000.

Add a protein shake - that will give you around 160 calories or so and much needed protein.

you could also just wait it out. I did. I just stuck to my plan, and it eventually broke. They always do. I've never wanted to increase my calories as I felt like I was on the high side as it was.
