I just check my mailbox and received a letter from cigna wanting more information. I will be calling the doctor office first thing in the morning. What did they send because from the looks of it nothing post-300595-14815884062673_thumb.jpg

    That's common. Just stay on that doctors office ass to get all the paperwork and documentation turned in. Once they get everything, Cigna doesn't take long at all to approve.
