I'm on vacation in Europe on a river cruise and have been weighing myself every few days on the gym scale (bathroom type). An hour ago I get there and it's missing. Grrrrrr. They say a passenger must have taken it back to their cabin. People can be so inconsiderate.
This vacation has been very challenging, mostly due to being bitter cold, (I'm a Floridian) walking great distances (this is a good thing though), and just unable to get nearly enough Water in while bundled up , cold and not thirsty.
Probably why I'm stalling rather than losing. I've been strong passing on pastries and bread, carbs in general. I admit to having a piece of Belgium chocolate now and then when placed in front of me. Glad I'm not a fan of Guell wine as they really push it. There are just so many sweets. I can tell I miss Pasta. I've had no trouble saying no thank you to it, but sometimes it's the only thing I like on the menu but I'm good to order a healthier alternative but feel deprived when others are eating pasta.
The positive about this, I can bet I would have put on 15 lbs during this 3 week vacation if not more if I hadn't been sleeved 4 months ago.
I look so good in my pictures.
Anyone else having challenges while on vacation.
