Going to bariatric seminar with surgeon consultation tomorrow

What should I expect? Should I bring anything...Insurance card, past weight loss program documents, referral?

I feel this is going to get the ball rolling....just not sure how to be prepared

    Paper pen and clipboard is all I took. It was a general information seminar to ask questions and learn about the process. This was through Denver Health.

    They said statistically 1 in 150 people succeed at significant weight loss without surgery.

    The failure rate of the sleeve is 20-25%...failure rate is gaining 25% or greater

    Bypass failure is 20%
