  1. I attended all the meetings and appointments. I couldn't lose the weight that they wanted but as soon as quit from being discouraged I lost the weight and some. It was frustrating to change everything and not lose weight but the good thing is my dog did. Lol
  2. In Mexico with Dr. Illan. I tried jumping through the hoops with my insurance but I couldn't jump higher enough. Became very discouraged and after alot of research decided to go with Dr Illan.

  7. My experience...I have insurance and the hospital I chose required me to jump through so many hoops. I did everything asked of me. After of months of struggle to lose the required weight. Once I gave up I finally lost the required weight and then some. I contacted bill with Dr Illan after lots of research. I have a date for my surgery and have no desire to go back to the hospital I was going to have it originally as I never got a date just told I have to lose weight to have the surgery. With Dr Illan I got to choose the date I wanted. They have answered every question I have. I'm happy with my choice. I would say getting my date took less than 2 weeks.
  8. Looking for support and tips. No juices no soda Small meals I bought a baby plate and the silverware to eat from 20 minute meals I walk .5 miles twice daily on my days off. HW to date is 275. ???? Feeling like I've failed and I never had a chance. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
