Took Vacation from my band

I have basically been on vacation from my band. I need to figure out how to get back on track or what steps to do. My band isnt really that restricted and I can eat almost anything I want. I NEVER drink carbonated drinks though. Anyway my weight has jumped up and down 5 pounds or so and I am ready to start losing weight again. Anyone have any advice on what I should do aside from getting a fill I feel like I need to be in the right place before I get one.

I have to say I feel your pain. I have not lost what I thought I should. Even though I was not over eating I was not eating the right foods. I went to myfooddiary.com and now I track everything I put in my mouth, this has helped a lot and have started to lose again. The best part of it is that it has all the stuff you need as far as calories, fats and carbs being recorded for you all you have to do is search the food list for what you ate, click it and add it to your personal "refrigerator" then take it out of the fridge and put it in your daily intake (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc.). It's pretty cool, try it you might like it. Good Luck
