As I progress to eating regular foods, can you please provide what your daily intake is for Breakfast, lunch, & dinner?

I would love to hear from people who have been successful with the sleeve, other than reading random menus online. What works for you that I may be able to adopt?

Thank you in advance!

Still trying to figure this out myself. Sleeved September 13th. Breakfast-hard boiled egg. lunch -1.5 oz. chicken, lettuce, 2 teaspoon salsa, snack- hard boiled egg. dinner - chili 1/2 cup. snack 8 oz Protein Drink. I just figured out through my Fitness Pal that this is only about 600 calories therefore I think I should be eating more I have lost a lot of weight but find myself scared to increase my food intake therefore I would consider myself struggling with trying to figure it out

Yesterday was the first day that I hit my Water and 60-80 Protein requirement. I'm in the soft food phase.

For breakfast I had 1/2 of a boiled egg (that's all I could eat), lunch Premier Protein shake, dinner 4oz of salmon. I did become hungry again so, I made oatmeal and had 3 bites. I drunk 3 mason jars of fruit infused Water.

That was a high Protein day with low fats and carbs. BUT, I get bored eating the same thing everyday.

I workout almost everyday, it depends on how busy my weekend is. Three days a week I attend classes at my gym, I do an hour of cardio and an hour of weight lifting . The rest of the days I try and do 30-60 minutes of cardio or walking and sometimes hiking.

Going through my fitness pal app, here is what I've been eating. Some foods go down way better than others.

Breakfast (workdays): Premier Protein shake

Late morning snack: Oikos Zero Yogurt, or a cheese stick, or low fat cottage cheese

Lunch: 1 or 2 oz canned tuna or rotisserie chicken with a dab of mayo mixed in, and a small pickle.

Late afternoon snack (if I worked out): 1 tbsp all natural Peanut Butter along with a tsp of no sugar added apricot preserves. Or, 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese.

Dinner: Sashimi (about 3 oz), or baked salmon, or mahi mahi, or chicken, or crock pot turkey chili, and often I have artichoke with it. (a few leaves).

That's about it so far. I'm looking to add more variety as time goes on.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
