What did your surgeon say?

Am I able to just Blend stuff and drink? Like smoothies? Or it all has to be clear liquids?

You need to follow your prescribed plan. It's not necessarily about liquids - it's about low carb and shrinking your liver. If you are required to do a clear liquid diet - then it's important to do only clear liquids. Smoothies are typically loaded with sugar and calories- and not allowed on any pre-op diet. You may be able to have Protein shakes but again - that depends on your plan. You should have been given I and if not - call your surgeon's office.
