Hi. I am hoping to have my sleeve surgery in June '17. I was wondering if anyone that has had the procedure had a previous endometrial ablation. I am wondering if it will affect it in any way. I haven't had my period in 6months and I hope it STAYS that way!

My highest praises to Nova Sure endometrial ablation!!! I had it 3 years ago and haven't had a cycle since. My WLS surgery last December made no difference! Hope it is the same for you!!!

I had it 10 years ago. Have not had so much as a spot since. Surgeon says it will not effect the surgery in any way. Good luck!

I had endometrial ablation one month prior to my sleeve. I am 10 months post gastric sleeve and still get my period-I wasn't one of the lucky people who don't ever get it again. But it's very light so I guess I can't complain.
