Has anyone tried to fill out that form that this site advertised about your insurance paying for your vitamins and protein drinks is that legit?

Yes, it is legit, but my insurance company was not a good one.

Actually it is an insurance scam. The company bills your insurance $1000 a month for a scar cream and then they just take some of the $1000 and use it to send you Protein and Vitamins. They put about $900 a month into their pocket.

Some insurance companies have caught on.

My caseworker gave me the hook up my insurance company will pay for my vitamins I will pay 55$ a month I get my multi, Iron, Cal,my B12 is a nasal spray I use once a week and it is mailed to my home once a month. Compared to reg coat I thought that was pretty good and I can use my flexable spending account to pay for the too.
