Got my surgery date today I so Happy it is November 14th this is so surreal for me feels like I am dreaming!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok now that's is not good or natural you should contact your Dr. if you are drinking all day everyday staying hydrated then there should be more of an out put then just once a day!!!!!!!

Day 4 on liquid diet not hungry yet because I drank so much Fluid definitely hydrated! I think it's not getting better or easier for me. I drink so much every time I get a hunger pang, I can here the liquid in my belly when I walk. I feel like I'm about to float away. I am also tired of making a mad dash for the restroom seems like every 20 mins. LORD KNOWS i'll be so glad when this is over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well so far so good I was dreading it but right now I am fine I hope it can stay they way we shall see!

Thanks guys it is starting to get to me. I try to stay busy to get my mind off being hungry that works for a while. Can't wait for bedtime lol! No really!

Day 2 not as bad as I thought it would be I am hungry it comes and goes as long as I stay busy I am ok but once I get home things change. Going to have to try and keep myself busy so how until it is time to go to bed. Also at times I get these light annoying headaches off and on I don't know maybe its from not having the coffee. Well to be continued. I do say one thing writing this stuff down really does help me even if I don't get any feed back.

I will let you know my story on Wednesday going to the Bahamas Breeze Tomorrow with some co-workers of mine this is going to be a trip!!!!! Because this is Day 1 of my liquid Diet!!

My surgeon's practice stop doing the band too. My band comes out November 14th and getting the bypass.

Day 2 for me not having coffeeeeeeeeeee oh see what happens.

I had the band as well in Feb. 2011 not back at the weight that I started but I don't do anything I will. Getting the Bypass November 14th as in telling people I told my family and they are is support of me doing whatever it takes to make me happy and healthy. I told the same friend I told when I was having the band and she is my corner as well! you just have to start thinking of yourself and what is best for you nobody is carrying this weight but you, and feel misery each day but you. You have the right to get you life together the way you see fit. This is no ways easy to come to this decision, this is a serious surgery your not getting your nail done and trying to fine the right color to put on. This a life altering situation for us. and you deserve to look good and feel good about yourself by any means necessary

Like said they both have good and bad I have a Nephew that's artistic That was born 3 1/2 pounds stay in the hospital for over a year did the Ronald McDonald housing for free thing, came to live with me because my house was just built so it was considered sterile that was the only way he could come home he had a trachea Nurses 24 hrs a day 7 days a week he had speech therapy, 3 x's a week respiratory 3x's a week he had a g-tube IV port and on a ventilar machine and it was all taken care of financially never paid a dime and when he got older and lungs developed well taken off the vent g-tube out no more IV port was able to eat by mouth. becames of age he started school he had Home health aides 5 hrs a day after school it was called resperate for all of his care never pai a dime so no there is nothing wrong with my perspective! like I said some good and some bad for both system. We all have stories to tell some good some bad.Not saying your right or wrong and I am not saying I am right or wrong. Just that we all have our own experiences and opinions from those experiences and I respect them all! and no I don't have to live there fo not judging anything just stating what I was told by pt'S and family members that come to the hospital for care don't get offended I think I really have seen my fair share working in a Level one trauma center, and a neuro care unit. I was not comparing any health care it just need to be fix. if you think it is perfect it is ok to feel that way, I don't think either system is perfect that's how I feel

Has anyone tried to fill out that form that this site advertised about your insurance paying for your vitamins and protein drinks is that legit?

My caseworker gave me the hook up my insurance company will pay for my vitamins I will pay 55$ a month I get my multi, Iron, Cal,my B12 is a nasal spray I use once a week and it is mailed to my home once a month. Compared to reg coat I thought that was pretty good and I can use my flexable spending account to pay for the too.

Sorry its like pasta it has between -31-32 grams of carbs depend on which brand you eat.

I would too like to have surgery buddies, mine is November 14th will start my liquid diet on Halloween how scary is that?

BTW Quinoa is pasta it has carbs that might what did it.
