Please go to the ER if your Dr won't see you today. Actually just go to the ER on at least convenient care.

Hope you are ok....I went through 2wks of constipation and pain. It's miserable. My PCP dr was useless....but my bariatric dr got me taking very strong meds and I finally got cleaned out. Take constipation very seriously, if your dr is not helpful, move on to the next dr. Hoping you are better.

I hope you took the advice of others and went to ER. There's several remedies that you should have tried weeks ago but I wouldn't even attempt to try on your own this many weeks without going.

My Doctor recommended 1 T of Flax Seed oil. If I can't go for 2 days, I take the Flax Seed oil and will generally go by that evening. I can't imagine the discomfort you must feel. 7 weeks out -- I think I would go to the doctor.

Hey finally someone who had surgery the same day as me.....I do stay constipated however I can still go...I now take a Fiber supplement daily and senna per my Dr haven't notice any changes because I just started a few days ago....Spinch is good for going as well anytime I eat spinch I go with no problem..I know you have to have some discomfort oh lord once since surgery do you get in enough fluids? I would seriously go to the ER the longest your suppose to go with that going is 3 days...good luck hope you go soon
