My gastric sleeve journey

Today is Sept. 19, 2016. I'm 46 and have been overweight for a long time. I had my surgery on Sept. 14, 2016. I'm just in the beginning and still recovering. I'm ready for regular food but know that my inside's are not. So maybe next time I write I will have a meal and some weight loss. Started at 325.
