Looking back...

Hello, anyone have anything they did - or wished they had done as you started to drop the weight after surgery? I'm about 8 weeks out and just wanted to reach out to those further along or at maintenance and get thoughts, tips and tricks for success.

Thanks

I would say constant tracking of your food is the number one thing to keep you focused and accountable. Good luck!

i allllllways wished i had done a blog, journal

it is wonderful to record your ups and downs

problems (vomiting etc) good emotions and bad

things you are learning

and allllll the NSV's you are joyfully experiencing :)

at my one year surgiversary i thought i would give it a journal a try

things new still happen

started, never kept it up

i'm almost 5 years PO

you are 8 weeks PO - it's definitely not too late to start

also i wish i had taken my measurements on a more regular basis

best of luck bud

kathy
