One thing I learned. After one year I went on a cruise, had a dinner roll every night, great meals, then went to Perdido Key eating out for a month. It put me on a path to regaining 20 lbs. I am back on track with shakes, salads, and proteins. I have finally lost ten hard to go pounds. If you don't stay focused and track your food, like me, you will gain, and I can tell you that even TEN POUNDS is hard to get off.

I found this only because it's in the Recent Topics list, screen right. Please explain how one would find Regain if it isn't in the open topics listings. I checked the drop-down list under General and saw a stall forum, but nothing that says "regain."

Thanks.

Edit: This regain forum does not yet appear in that second dropdown under "General..." It shows at the top of your other topic, "I'm humbled....," but is accessible only from recent topics listings.

Yes, it is up and running. It is under the GENERAL WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY forums, like I mentioned earlier. Just below the "Don't sweat the Stall Stuff" forum.

Enjoy!

I just visited the forum. Thank you for requesting that it should be created.

This will provide useful information to WLS patients at all phases.

If you can't find it, maybe you need to update your app...

I found it easily, and plan on following for future point of reference when I get to maint.
