    I had it done 8/30/16 with Jorge Maytorena at Long Term VSG. No regrets. It was a great price and his pre-op diet is high Protein, low carb. Not starving liquid diets like some.

    I had Sleeve surgery with Dr Jalil Illan on 5/18 in Tijuana, these are my 4 month update photos below. I took out a personal loan thru my credit union at a super low interest for $5500, that covered the cost of surgery and flights for myself and my companion. It left a little for time missed from work.

    I'm 5'4", my highest weight was over 255

    SW:232

    CW: 185

    I had the lapband in 2009 but had constant issues with it and it was finally removed in 2016.

    I love the Sleeve and would do it again in a second. My results have nearly matched my best weight on the band and it took me over a year with the band.
