Number of Gastric Sleeve Surgeries in US Each Year

I have looked, but have been unable to find a number of Gastric Sleeve surgeries performed in the US for 2015. Surely that information is out there somewhere. Just curious about how the numbers have changed over the years. Number in Mexico would be interesting also. If anyone knows, can you please post the link? Thanks!

    No # would be published for Mexico but stats like that would probably come from ASMBS.
