Any 30somethings with major weightloss stories and bodies that bounced back?

Any stories of major weight loss and skin/ body parts that bounced back into place.

I happen to be 38, and would like to hear from some people around my age who have some inspiration to share.

Older people and people with greater than 200 pounds to lose will definately get a standing ovation in my book!!!!

Good luck to everyone!

Actually anyone willing to share their inspiring story...post away!!!!

Shoregirl, the lack of response is a little scary. I'm 38 as well. I'm down 26 pounds after two months. I know that I will be getting a breast lift and a tummy tuck when I'm done. I had both my children by c-section so that area definitely needs help! I can't see it bouncing back on it's own.

The truth may be discouraging...I'm 39...so I'd LOVE it if there were some miracle people to give me hope...but the truth is, even skinny people lose elasticity in the 30's. It would be a miracle to lose a lot of weight and have no extra skin. I've resigned myself to doing my best to tone, but understand that, at 39 and 4 kids, I am gonna have tummy hang and saggy boobs. It's inevitable. Surgery would pretty much be the only full fix. I don't know if I'll have surgery to correct it...I'll have to see how troublesome the hanging skin is...I won't do it purely for cosmetic purposes. I will do it if I get irritation due to friction and other stuff hanging skin causes.
