July 28--- today is the day!

I'm so nervous and excited! I have chickened out 3 times before!!!! The first two, I didn't get far in the process. I just wasn't ready. The last one was suppose to be June 2, 2016, but my husband was so emotional and scared that I canceled the night before surgery. (His coworker's daughter had just passed after having sleeve complications 3 wks post-op.)

I feel we are both ready now. I will say, before this coworker situation I was anxious about the post-op recovery, but I knew I would be ok. Now all I'm worried about is death and complications! PRAY for me and anyone who is having surgery today. I report to the hospital at 10:30.

Thank you all for your prayers and positive energy. I'm still sitting in pre-op waiting for surgery. I'm definitely feeling more positive on the future outcome. I have put it in God's hands and have faith it will be great. ❤️????????

She had a leak and wasn't diagnosed until too late. She became septic pullout, then had a perforated intestine and feel back into septic. She also didn't follow her post op diet.
