My hair loss start at 8 weeks and finished 4 months later, which was one month ago. I was really concerned that I was going to have bald spots. It was all frustrating and very scary. It turned out ok. I personally think if you are getting all your protein their is nothing to prevent hair loss. I did start using nioxin 6 weeks prior to it ending. I am not sure if that helped or if it was it time. You will survive and it will grow back.

It grows back.

Don't forget to take your Biotin. I found sublinguals.

I started taking Biotin during the 6 month supervised diet and continued after my surgery. I am 6 months post op and despite being 60 I have not lost any hair.

Not everyone loses hair.

Here's the deal..........you already lose hair every single day of you life. You regrow it and don't even notice.

Things get a bit off kilter during rapid weight loss. Hair may not regrow as fast as you normally do during this phase.....but you will return to normal rates afterwards.

Don't sweat it.......lose the weight....and deal with the issues that may or may not present themselves during the process.

It's all good.
