How many calories during purée stage

Hi.. I had my vsg on 6/28 & I'm recuperating quite nicely. I was concerned during the full liquid stage because I was hungry quickly after eating. However, I got reassurance after reading your responses to other people that purée stage would be different. Now I'm currently on the puree stage & finally feel satisfied after eating & can go a couple hours without being hungry. It's just that I'm wondering how many calories I should be taking in at this point. I'm not having a problem with Protein. I'm eating all protein rich/low carb pureed foods (2-3 oz) & Im still drinking 2 premier Protein shakes a day. Getting approx 80 grams protein a day. Calories today were 700. Is that too much?? What should I be aiming for calorie-wise.

On my program, Stage 2 is 2 weeks, and you begin with 300 calories and end up eating about 400 by the time the two weeks is up. Stage 3 is 3 weeks, and you will begin the period eating 300-400 calories and end the three weeks at about 600-700.
