Meeting insurance requirements

It is required to have 6 months of nutrition counseling. No problem. Counselor said no back to back appts any sooner than 28 days. No problem. But if I count 6 sessions COMPLETED, would I be able to apply at the conclusion of that last session?

    For me it was 6 months but it ended up being 7 app all together my last one is next month the 26th if they have all other paperwork then they submit that day.
