Don't forget Greek Strained Yogurt such as Fage, 15 to 17 grams for 7 or 8 oz. Also many protein shakes are 18 to 25 grams of protein for a serving.

I've been on mushies a week and here's my daily menu:

Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs - 9 grams

snack - Protein shake - 15-17 grams

lunch -tuna or chicken salad - 13-20 grams

snack - Protein Shake - 15-17 grams

dinner - refried Beans with a little cheese - 10 grams

Grand Total - 62-73 grams

I also buy cans of turkey chili with beans and puree that. 17 grams

Cottage cheese is a good choice also.

And if you have unflavored Protein powder, you can mix it in for extra.

Only one more week to go!

Thanks. The way I keep on adding up mine --I will get like 30-40......We were told that protein shakes are meal replacements not a snack. So, thats where I got fumbled!

Isopure drinks. They are actually pretty good, can be cut with Water if you like less flavor. Drink over ice. I haven't found one yet that was bad.Click on the word "index" below to go to the website.

index
