Shower and washing hair?

Hey they said take a shower night before a shower the day of and wash your hair☹️ I have a lot of hair it's so thick and I can't braid plus I don't get perms I have natural pretty hair but it's so thick that I have to keep it done. I just don't want to wash it day of I was going to get it fixed in like some updo I can't do hair and I'm sure I'll be in too much pain to attempt to do anything with it. I have a lot of hair I must stress. Lol

I worried with the same thing. My first instinct was to get it braided up. I didn't now wishing like crazy I had. I can't do anything with my hair. It hurts to lift my arms over my head. I have been wearing a hair wrap. My advice would be to get two braids on your hair. 6 days post op
