Acid Reflux

I have not been on acid reflux medication since my lap band surgery almost three years ago. This weekend I have had awful acid reflux. Any suggestions?

I find that I cannot eat within 3 hours of my bedtime.

Two years after my surgery, I have started having it as well. My dr. said not to eat 3 hours before bedtime--also said they sometimes take a little Fluid out. I didn't want that done, so I continue with my previcid and keep Rolaids by my bed! Not eating close to bedtime does help!
