How do you take your crushed meds?

I have pain meds that I need to take but they are super bitter so it's hard to get them down if I mix them into something... So far I have been mixing it into yoghurt but wanted to see if there any other ideas?

Also liquid Tylenol makes me gag even diluted, are there any other options?thanks!
