2 weeks post op and zero restriction with liquids yogurt and protein shakes

Hi I'm Chris I was sleeved on 5/11 surgery went great I have no hunger at all. First week post op I lost no weight second week I'm down 18 lbs. SW 457, everything seems to be going great. just worried that I have no restriction my NUT told me I will feel restriction once I start eating solid food. But I know several people who can only eat half of a yogurt and they are full. I can eat a 6 oz yogurt no problem. I feel my sleeve may be to big or maybe I'm paranoid.

These are slider foods... i felt the same initially.... i was like... did the doctor even do anything?!

Once you are on solids... its a whole lot different.. if you eat dense Protein you get full rather quick... but slider foods like yoghurt etc you can eat a lot more

Remember - just because you can doesn't mean you should. Yogurt is one of those foods that slide through your sleeve and likely won't make you feel full.
