Help I'm 5 days post op with a few questions

I can't get the 4 Protein drinks in daily. I am supposed to do this for another week. I barely get 2 in. What did everyone else do? Also, they recommended opti source Vitamins, however they have aspartame in them. What is everyone taking to get their multi vitamin/multi mineral, B12 and Calcium citrate in? I would like to stay clear of artificial ingredients and fillers. Also do u take Iron every day? What about stool softeners, any over the counter ones to recommend? Do you take anything for hair loss? Lots of questions... please help

My diet was set as 2oz of Protein shake, packed with Protein powder 6 times a day. It ended up being around 60g of protein a day. I got tired of the taste but was able to get all the protein down.

As per Vitamins, I can't speak for the aspertame or artificial ingredients but I take Celebrate Chewable Multivitamins, Bariatric Advantage chewable calcium citrate, and a bariatric advantage chewable Iron. I don't use stool softeners but my doc said if I needed to, milk of magnesia or regular gentle stool softeners are all fine. Prevention of hair loss is getting in all of your protein.

I could never get all the Protein in immediately after surgery. I'd get so full. The surgeon said do as much as I could. I didn't start supplement (except multi vitamins) until a few weeks out. My energy level was very low. I am on a nasal spray of B-12 (Nascobal) once a week and Iron. I also take calcium. supplements Prescribed by surgeon thorough Nutrition Direct.
