  1. Help I'm 5 days post op with a few questions

    I can't get the 4 Protein drinks in daily. I am supposed to do this for another week. I barely get 2 in. What did everyone else do? Also, they recommended opti source Vitamins, however they have aspartame in them. What is everyone taking to get their multi vitamin/multi mineral, B12 and Calcium citrate in? I would like to stay clear of artificial ingredients and fillers. Also do u take Iron every day? What about stool softeners, any over the counter ones to recommend?
