Hello all....Today going through the bowel prep! I'm nervous. I live in Alaska, my doctor is in Anchorage and I live 1 1/2 hours away, my doctor requires that I stay in Anchorage at least 1 week after surgery at least until my one week follow up. My husband and I are getting settled into a our room. This bowel prep is killing me. My birthday is Sunday, hope I'm feeling up to at least a movie on Sunday.

I am doing very well! For being held up in a hotel at least until Wednesday (fingers crossed) also today's my birthday & mothers day. I'm feeling like it's the best gift I've ever done for myself! Happy mom's day to all! thank you all for thinking of me!

My dr doesn't require a bowel prep either. Just a two day liquid diet prior to surgery
