Gastric sleeve wk1

Hello everyone my name is Shareese I'm one week post op. My surgery date was 4/20. I'm still in pain. I've heard people say they weren't hungry but I am. This 1st week has been a little trying. Tomorrow is my first follow up appointment and I'm a little irritable.

Mine was also on the same day as you... the first couple of days i was hungryish... i think it was more head hunger than actual hunger....

Now that my tummy is settling down and i can drink more Water... the hunger is residing

My surgery was 4/21,and the liquid diet can be trying on some days for me to. I have felt a little hungry as well but I agree at this point I believe it is head hunger as well because I haven't felt my stomach growl or ache with hunger. For the head hunger I try to drink as much as possible to make sure I can get my liquids in and I try to keep my brain busy. I read, watch something, try get work done.
