Im sorry for your loss as well[emoji171] and i agree with Introversion! I say go back to the basics before you knew how fast or slow you would be losing. 1 year ago today I started my journey to live a healthier life. I can't believe what people see that I haven't in this past year. It hasn't been easy but its truly worth it. My kids and I dance and play together like I'm 3 or 13, my husband and I are closer than ever. I know longer need his word/view for me to feel beautiful, I feel beautiful all the time. I'm not comfortable at this weight I kinda like being heavier. But I love how I feel my energy, my health, I honestly feel great! But wtvr have a great day Sleevers! Hello everyone my name is Shareese I'm one week post op. My surgery date was 4/20. I'm still in pain. I've heard people say they weren't hungry but I am. This 1st week has been a little trying.
