1 year ago today I started my journey to live a healthier life. I can't believe what people see that I haven't in this past year. It hasn't been easy but its truly worth it. My kids and I dance and play together like I'm 3 or 13, my husband and I are closer than ever. I know longer need his word/view for me to feel beautiful, I feel beautiful all the time. I'm not comfortable at this weight I kinda like being heavier. But I love how I feel my energy, my health, I honestly feel great! But wtvr have a great day Sleevers!

Happy Suriversary! You are doing an amazing job.....I wish I could see your most recent picture better because it's a little dark. We have made transformations and sometimes it hard changing from what we are use to. I'm approaching my 2nd year in October...I still have a ways to go until I get to my goal weight, but I have no regrets. Love the new you! You are so worth it girl! Congratulations again
