Ive suffered from anxiety and depression which is crazy because i havent felt this good in years!!!! I signed myself up for mental health and they said it is very common after weightloss surgery as well as divorce/breakups and alcoholism. advice/ heard of/ going thru ANYBODY? Im sorry for your loss as well[emoji171] and i agree with Introversion! I say go back to the basics before you knew how fast or slow you would be losing. 1 year ago today I started my journey to live a healthier life. I can't believe what people see that I haven't in this past year. It hasn't been easy but its truly worth it. My kids and I dance and play together like I'm 3 or 13, my husband and I are closer than ever. I know longer need his word/view for me to feel beautiful, I feel beautiful all the time. I'm not comfortable at this weight I kinda like being heavier. But I love how I feel my energy, my health, I honestly feel great! But wtvr have a great day Sleevers!! I went out to dinner a few weeks post opp ordered a drink and was fine for the whole dinner. We're adults people usually don't pry in public its one on one u gotta watch out for lol
