well I am now on solid food. But, I am finding so much I can no longer eat or drink. Keep a food log so you will know for the future. And, don't touch those things again. Not to discourage anybody and I am NOT advocating throwing up but after have some hamburger and orange juice, I was up for four hours during the night throwing up orange juice. I am now 6 weeks out and I have lost 32 lbs. Keep on keepin on, It will all be ok. Atleast that is what I keep telling myself.

I'm April 18th too. I've been doing do good I've been on solids for Almost 10 days Now. Don't know if it's coincidence but have been stalling on the weight loss. I've lost 22 lbs since the preop so I'm happy about that. I get really bored drinking the protein in the morning. It takes all morning to be able to finish. Some days I feel like I can eat more that others. I've gotten scared already because I feel I'm eating so much more than the first day. I know I won't be able to eat like I used to but sometimes fear and panic kicks in. I'm almost on that time of the month so I've been craving chocolate - but haven't consumed it. Maybe that's also why I'm stalling and having tons of mood swings.
