My surgery was 24 days ago. Does anyone else experience pain or discomfort when dealing mushy foods or liquids? Is this normal? My doctor put me back on a liquid diet for another week, but I still feel discomfort.

my date was 3/28 - if I eat too much/too fast even mushy food like cottage cheese I get stomach pains. I realized this happens every single time so I am now more conscious about not drinking at least an hour before and after i eat, and also eating only 1/4-1/2 cup of mushy at a time. sometimes over a span of 30 min. This helped a lot. this will eventually get better once 100% healed.
