I find it strange that there are such wide differences in the amount of incisions that people have when getting the same procedure.

Personal, I had three total. One on the left, one on the right and my belly button.

Compared to most people, that seems like the very low end, and that most people have 5 or 6 incisions.

What do you think? And why would this be?

I got sleeved yesterday as well, four incisions. How are you feeling? I had horrible indigestion in which I had to burp up, it was bad. Other than that I would've been in a very minimal amount of pain.

I'm feeling a little sore. Very little burping. Getting in and out of bed is a little hard, other than that, I'm ok. I'm wishing you a speedy recovery, and much success on this incredible journey!

I had 5 including port and band removal.

Sleeve and 5

I had five incisions, four small for tools, one large (1-1/4") for pulling out removed tissue. The small ones were glued shut, and the large one had a couple of dissolvable sutures internally and glued shut externally.

I had 6. One in the centre of my chest. 4 in a straight line from left to right just above my belly button. And one on the left side diagonally between the centre and the far left one(think 2 thirds of a triangle lol). That sixth one doesn't look like they put anything in it.
