Premier Protein Shakes New Flavor!

Recommended Posts

I love vanilla the best...change it up a bit occasionally with adding a little PB2....do you think that is ok?

I'm pre-op 48 days and trying to learn all I can before surgery.

I haven't done that, but I don't know why it wouldnt be ok to add spoonful or scoop or whatever that is! I'll bet that'd be good in the banana shake too!

I make strawberry banana Protein frozen yogurt. Target sells frozen strawberries and bananas and I put a cup in with 1/2 c Greek yogurt, 2 scoops Protein Powder, and a little stevia in a food processor. They are pretty hard when frozen so I put them in individual dishes that I can microwave for a few seconds before eating. It is really good.

For those of you finding the bananas and cream Premier Protein, what SAMs club did you get them? I haven't been able to find them yet.

strawberry was too sweet.

vanilla was too chalky

chocolate was awesome !!

Put some PB2 in the chocolate and it will change your world :) (think liquid Reese's Peanut Butter cup)

I love chocolate and the banana is FANTASTIC!!

I got mine at a Sam's Club here in Michigan. They were marked "for a limited time only" but I hope they get a good response from consumers and keep them around! They are so good!!

Good to know! Since surgery I couldn't stomach vanilla or strawberry so I just get the chocolate. I will definitely try these!

Been waiting for a post that I can comment about Premier shakes. I now try to find the highest Protein Cereal I can find and pour my vanilla shake over it. It sweetens the Cereal and is so good. Also trying to figure out a recipe using riced cauliflower and vanilla shake for rice pudding. I made quinoa type pudding using the shake that was ok, not great.

Maybe some of you that are better cooks than I am can come up with something.

I was excited to hear about this. If my Walmart doesn't have them I will have to order (no Sam's close by). I love real banana flavor (think banana bread) but not the artificial flavor (think banana runts) so I hope it is good! I actually prefer the strawberry, and chocolate is okay.

costco near Philly has Banana and this weekend they were sampling Caramel -- OMG -- the Caramel was sooooo good. This morning I threw a Vanilla in the Ninja with about 1/2c of strawberries and some ice -- it was wonderful.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
