What do you eat in the mornings to get your protein in?

Just looking for some new ideas not just for breakfast but overall. Would love to hear some of your meal plans from those that have been successful in their journey.

Either a protein shake (always keep some made up in the fridge) or if time two poached duck eggs on a bit of homemade bread toasted. Yum.

I only drink my Protein shake for breakfast ...

lunch is a P3 ...

snack is peanuts ...

Protein shake on the drive home ...

dinner is meat of some sort ...

snack is either a SF fudgesicle or 1/2 of a protein bar ...

and lots of Water of course!

that is pretty much it for me ...

too scared to venture to new foods right now ... did that a couple of times and didn't feel the best afterward ...

so i'll stick with what I know for now :)

Hope I can have this much will power...wish you the very best.

Often depends on if it's a workday or a day off.

Work day will find me hitting a shake or Quest bar. Sometimes some deli meat with a slice of cheese.

Days off generally finds me making country breakfast for my tribe. I'll usually do an omelette for my own eats.
