St. Paddy's Day party food

My roommates and I are having a party for St. Patrick's day/ my birthday, and I want to make a dish I and my significant other can eat. She can't have any dairy. I've been looking at recipes, but I can't find anything to make that both she and I can eat. (Someone else is already making corned beef). Help!

How far along are you? Can you eat meatballs?

I'm three months out. I like meatballs! I make them with turkey. :)
