Pretty sure EVERYONE who had a liquid pre-op diet had a hard time with it. But you are supposed to be on CLEAR liqiuds for two full weeks? That seems extreme. How are you supposed to get protein in without shakes?

    My surgery is on Tuesday and it's been so hard . I have two protein shakes and a small meal a day and drink lots of water I cannot honestly just drink clear liquids for 2 whole weeks that seems un real and like if your working how the hell do you keep your energy up with just clear liquids !!!!

    I only have lost about 4 pounds this week but it is what it is
