What can I do with...Brussels Sprouts?

I recently got a bag of Brussels Sprouts.

I cut a handful in half, sprinkled with olive oil and a little bit of roasted vegetable seasoning, and roasted them in my toaster oven. I served them with a splash of Newman's Own lite balsamic dressing.

Delish,

What is your favorite, easy way to prepare Brussels Sprouts?

I love brussels sprouts! I cook them in the microwave because I am fairly lazy. One of my favorites is to add herbs like rosemary plus some diced pasilla (slightly hot) pepper plus salt (sorry, makes everything taste better!) and pepper. I also like tossing Brussels sprouts with oyster sauce and spicy red pepper flakes or sriracha sauce. Sometimes I’ll add sweetener to make it sort of taste Chinese.

I make Brussel sprout chips. Cut off end, peel off large outer leaves, lightly toss the leaves in olive oil, sprinkle with salt, spread in single layer and bake until crispy. I then sauté the inner sprout that's left in a pan in ways mentioned by others above. Two dishes, one ingredient for the win!
