No hunger or cravins...nothing sounds good to me

I am 10 weeks out and have no hunger or desire for food. Does this change ? It is very hard for me to eat more than 3 bites or drink more than a cup of a Protein drink. Does this change with time ?

You should be able to eat and drink more over time as you continue to heal. If you are actually getting ill from eating more than three bites of food, especially if it's soft/moist food, you might want to talk to your surgeon as you may have a stricture. As for appetite, yes, you will eventually want to eat again. But, for now, just make sure you are eating on a schedule and measuring your food to ensure you are getting enough.

Yes. Enjoy it while you can. Don't be like some people here and think this is bad. Focus on losing as much weight as possible because your honeymoon phase will not last forever. Your hunger will return in a few months, maybe 4 or 5, possibly longer.

I'm officially 1 month out today from surgery. I don't have cravings anymore and even though I see certain things and want to eat them, like when I cook something especially good for the family, I know I can't have them right now. I can still only eat about an ounce or 2 of solids and can consume an 11 oz Premier Protein over about an 1 1/2 hour period. Things definitely DON'T taste like they did before and I can be around other people eating and not even be tempted, which is funny.

Hopefully things get better, but I'd be totally ok if I never craved food again LOL

I don't feel hungry either, but I'm going 2 weeks out tomorrow. This may sound funny but I enjoy smelling my husband's food.. .lol

Personally, I hate the smell of food and I'm struggling a little bit. I haven't stuck completely to the exact diet cause I'm finding it hard to eat much of anything. My main and only concern right now is getting my protein. I don't crave food anymore. It's just "Oh it's lunch time I know I need to eat"
