  1. I'm so glad it's not just me! Mine came back up in about 15 mins though.
  2. Personally, I hate the smell of food and I'm struggling a little bit. I haven't stuck completely to the exact diet cause I'm finding it hard to eat much of anything. My main and only concern right now is getting my protein. I don't crave food anymore. It's just "Oh it's lunch time I know I need to eat"

  7. My surgery is Nov 2 as well. I've been doing full liquids this week starting Sunday. I'm finding I get hungry right around the time that I am going to bed but I fall asleep and all seems to be ok. I'm constantly drinking something. Protein shake (I'm allowed 1 scoop of whichever protein I like with 16oz of liquid, half almond milk and half water), tea, Water, Soups with no chucks, low/no sugar yogurt drinks... It's like it's never ending! We got this.
  8. Wow! My pre op diet is 28 days. 14 days high protein, 7 full liquid then 7 clear liquid.
