I have united health care/ UMR.. It a great county government health care plan... I jumped thru all the hoops the last 7-8 months and they sent it in for approval yesterday. Just wondering how long it takes to get the approval sent back... Anyone??

In Missouri umr insurance taking approximately 10-15 days for decision.

@Alice26 I had the same problem with the doctors office not turning in the paperwork. I called everyday so what I had to do is go up there and suprise them. So Tuesday of last week I got off work early and popped up there and walked out of there with a pending reference number. I called umr the next day to verify that it was legit. They confirmed it so I will call midday tomorrow which is about a week to check the status. I'll have them to email or fax me the approval. Then I will walk it in the next day or email it to the patient advocate.
