Highmark Blue Cross and Blue Sheild of P.A.

If anyone cares Highmark BC&BS of PA started approving the Lap Band in March. The process was simple. I was originally denied in 2005. My surgery is scheduled for next week. Good luck to all, and remember fight these B**tards to the end!!!!!!!:)

    I have highmark bcbs of PA and they received my paper work on 7/7/07 and today they contacted my surgeon wanting the docs name for the wt loss program I attended. ET

    I have the highmark bcbs/ pa. I'm waiting on my drs to send in for approval. This is what I have so far-dr visit, 9 mo ww, dr records, psy evaluation, nutrtion evaluation, 2 sleep test and now using a cpap.There shouldn't be anything else that I'm needing is there?
