Belly Fat

At what point in your stages/journey did you lose the belly fat. My stomach at 5 weeks do not appear to be going any where unless it is still swollen from surgery. Your input would be greatly appreciate.

I'm 5 wks also and the lower part of my belly still....just sits there. I'm incorporating more abdominal workout time per week in hopes it starts to fade.

I'm 2 1/2 months out and my belly is definitely shrinking, but now comes the loose yucky skin. Don't worry, you will lose belly fat. It can take awhile. Depends on how your body distributes the weight to begin with. As a rule last on, first off. My ass is virtually gone now. It's hard to sit on a boney ass. lol

Patience grasshopper. It will come but it takes time to show up. Take your measurements (all over) and rejoice in those changes.
