Fantastic pictures! way to go on maintenance. :)

Awesome! How long have you been maintaining? I am at 4 months maintaining and I have to say, being able to successfully maintain month after month is more exciting to me than actually losing the weight!

I've been maintaining for over a year, haven't lost any more weight, I fluctuate 5-6 lbs but remain between 150 - 155 lbs. Thinking a jump start back into regular exercise will help me reach my ultimate goal of 125 lbs total weight loss. I'm thriled with my progress, but determined to never give up the life long fight.

Congrats on you anniversary and success! You look great!

Weighed in at 4 1/2 months lost 63 pounds so far. Very excited to keep on losing. Question though is I find myself hungry a lot. What and if you did , was your tool for this ? I snack in between with protein but need to change up. Eating almost 1/2 cup each meal. Some days I can some days it's tough.
