  2. It;s been a while since I posted. but... Today marks my second year and I'm holding strong SW 260 lbs CW is 155 lbs. How's everyone making out?
  3. I've been maintaining for over a year, haven't lost any more weight, I fluctuate 5-6 lbs but remain between 150 - 155 lbs. Thinking a jump start back into regular exercise will help me reach my ultimate goal of 125 lbs total weight loss. I'm thriled with my progress, but determined to never give up the life long fight.

  7. Hi everyone...I'm experience a 5 week stall as well. I just finished Couch to 5K program, and am now transitioned into outdoor running, 3 miles 3xs a week. I do strength training 2 days a week, and no change in weight. My diet is 1 lite and Fit Greek yogart and a Premium Protien shake for Breakfast, chicken and greens for lunch, another Protein shake in the afternoon and typically another small chicken dish for dinner.....lots of Water......struggling to get 1000 calories a day in....I'm full.....any help is appreciated!!!     Hi Everyone....Had my Sleeve Surgery on Jan 13, 2014.... SW 260 lbs CW 195 lbs I'm in my 4th week of the C25K workout, (Couch to 5K). It's super hard but I'm not giving up. I've been stuck at my current weight for weeks. I've tried increasing my calories, but I'm only able to get in about 1000 per day. Any advise? Thanks-Mel

  14. HI all, I am on day #8 of the Optifast diet. I have only lost 10 lbs, and I am very deidicated and unwavering. I have not faltered once on the diet and it gets earier each day. I have been doing 30 minutues on the treadmill everyday and I have only lost 10 lbs so far....is this normal??? I think the drs are expecting a much more signficant weight lost pre surgery...any thoughts? Thanks
